It’s International Badge Day! We’re celebrating our sororities and the leadership lessons they gave us. Have any badge photos of your own? Name: Christine Sorority: Zeta Tau Alpha - California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) Leadership lesson: I learned the importance of mentorship and how to mentor from my women’s fraternity.  As a leader, it was important for me to find mentors that would help me in my projects.  When I felt more confident in my leadership skills, I knew that I had to mentor younger mentors and prepare them to take the lead.  I really value the relationships that I had with my peers and with alumnae. You can see that I’m wearing my badge at a student affairs conference a few years ago.  I’ll be wearing it again at another student affairs conference today.  It’s always fun to see who my Panhellenic sisters are in my profession.
